For Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, we’re proud to have brought Hippy Jungle 4-packs to 636 Tesco stores across the UK. On April 14th, we were joined by Kieran from The OddBalls Foundation to celebrate the relaunch of Hippy Jungle. The team even stripped down to OddBalls kegs in the brewery for a very memorable shoot. Join me in conversation with Kieran Kelly who is the Managing Director of The OddBalls Foundation, Ben Cleary the founder of Full Circle and Jordan Crulley the Head of Marketing at Full Circle, as we explore the revival of Hippy Jungle, a beer created through a collaboration between both companies to help raise awareness for testicular cancer and all the amazing work The OddBalls Foundation do.

What sparked the Full Circle x OddBalls Foundation collaboration and why did now feel like the right time to revive Hippy Jungle?
Jordan Crulley: We are absolutely buzzing to announce that we are collaborating with The OddBalls Foundation and releasing our limited edition tropical pale ale 'Hippy Jungle'. This collaboration with The OddBalls Foundation is going to be bigger than ever as we are reactivating the beer for the third time as a 4 pack which will be heading into 636 Tesco stores across the UK. Launching this in April made perfect sense as it is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month.

Kieran Kelly: We are proud to be the UK's leading charity raising awareness for testicular cancer. We had a massive success with the initial launch of Hippy Jungle with Full Circle back in April of 2024. The beer was sold across pubs and restaurants all over the UK which was awesome.
We made the decision together to bring Hippy Jungle back after that success. From lots of hard work particularly from the team at Full Circle's side it's become even bigger and bolder. We're so excited for you to see it in Tesco stories across the UK.
"Ultimately, the Hippy Jungle can acts as a vehicle to get people talking about testicular cancer."
For those who may not know, what is The OddBalls Foundation?
Kieran Kelly: The OddBalls Foundation began in Newcastle, established in 2015 and we've been going now for over ten years. Testicular cancer is the most common cancer affecting men between the ages of 15 and 49 in the UK. However, it's highly treatable and curable when detected early. We're a nationwide charity trying to essentially educate men of all ages about testicular cancer, the importance of self checking and why it's important to get these kinds of conversations going.
Why is now the right time for the Full Circle x The OddBalls Foundation collaboration?
Kieran Kelly: April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, so it's obviously an important month for us to be active nationwide. Collaborations like this with Full Circle are really important because ultimately we can tap into a different audience that we may not already reach and get our message out there.
"Our main goal and objective with Hippy Jungle is to help spread awareness for testicular cancer."
Why have you partnered with The OddBalls Foundation?
Ben Cleary: We're working with The OddBalls Foundation again, a fantastic charity based in the Newcastle area, so it's local to us.
Supporting testicular cancer awareness is also incredibly important to us. The audience attatched to The OddBalls Foundation is in line with our own target market, men between the ages of 18-49 so it's a perfect collaboration in that respect.
Jordan Crulley: Hopefully this collaboration brings more eyes to Hippy Jungle as well as making people more aware of testicular cancer.
Where will the proceeds from Hippy Jungle go?
Jordan Crulley: The OddBalls Foundation is the UK's leading charity for testicular cancer awareness and we want to help them continue the amazing work they do. So to help support them with this we are donating 10% of all Hippy Jungle sales directly to The OddBalls Foundation.
Can you tell us about Hippy Jungle, including its tasting notes and ABV?
Ben Cleary: Version three of Hippy Jungle in collaboratin with The OddBalls Foundation is a Hazy Pale at 4.5%. We used Krush, Talus and Chinook hops. It's super tropical, really drinkable through the summer months and I know it's going to go very well.
Where can people buy Hippy Jungle?
Ben Cleary: This time around Hippy Jungle is going to have its biggest presence. Alongside The OddBalls Foundation, we will be hitting national retail, across 636 Tesco sites and we're really excited to see how it goes.
Kieran Kelly: We can’t wait for the beer to become more accessible to people this time around. We’re also pretty confident you’ll be able to see it in other UK retailers later in 2026, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
Are there any other exciting plans coming from the Full Circle x The OddBalls Foundation collaboration?
Kieran Kelly: Alongside the launch of Hippy Jungle, we're going to be taking the OddPod which is The Oddballs Foundation mobile awareness unit designed with private spaces that men can go in and perform a self check and learn how to do so alongside our team. The OddPod will be travelling across flagship supermarkets across the UK and to Tesco HQ.
Jordan Crulley: The OddPod will also be coming along to London Craft Beer Festival with us in Southwark Park on the 18th and 19th of July. We’ll be hosting a joint stall with The OddBalls Foundation where the beer will be flowing and you’ll also have the chance to win boxers and beers!
We’re incredibly excited to be working with The OddBalls Foundation on this collaboration and to bring all the energy and fun that comes with it. Reigniting one of our favourite beers while supporting such an important cause is every bit as rewarding as it is exciting for us.
