At Full Circle, great beer starts with a great team. Our brewers, brand creatives, and operations crew each play their part to make sure every pint is done right.
Some you’ll know, some you’ll meet for the first time—but together they’re the people who make Full Circle what it is today.
Ben - Founder and Export Sales
Back in 2018, our founder Ben was running The Pip Stop, his beer, wine and spirits shop in Annfield Plain. It was there he met Alex Redpath, a passionate home brewer fresh from a Brewlab course. Seeing Alex’s potential, Ben brought him on as a development brewer and together they began laying the foundations for what would become Full Circle Brew Co.
Starting with a small 140L kit, Ben led the charge in testing new brews with Pip Stop customers, gathering feedback on everything from flavour to branding—shaping the vision for the brewery we are today!
Alex - Head Brewer
Next up, meet our head brewer Alex!
Alex has been with us since day dot, making him an FCBC OG. Alex is in charge of leading production and designing all the recipes for our beers. Alex is also the mastermind behind Looper, our award-winning flagship IPA, which has become a firm favourite among our fans and a perfect showcase of his brewing talent.
Ross - Lead Brewer
Say hi to Ross! He’s been an integral part of the brewing team here at Full Circle since 2022. Ross first joined us as a brewing apprentice, eager to learn the ropes, and through hard work and dedication has worked his way up to become our lead brewer.
Eddie - Brewer
Eddie joined Full Circle back in 2021as a taproom supervisor and much like Ross has worked her way up from apprentice brewer to an established, full-time brewer.
Earlier this year, Eddie absolutely smashed it and was announced as the winner of the 2025 #I'vegotskills award led by Hit Apprentiships!
Rachel - Brewer
Meet Rachel! She joined our brewing team in 2023 and has been an important part of the team ever since, Rachel plays a vital role in creating the beers you enjoy.
Hannah - Brewer
Meet Hannah, our brewer at Full Circle since 2023. She’s a vital part of the team, working hands-on in our brew-house!
Sean - Packaging Manager
Moving to the other side of brewery operations, meet Sean! Sean joined us in 2023 is our Packaging Manager and plays a crucial role in making sure our beer is ready to enjoy. From canning, kegging, and casking, to carbonating and conditioning, he ensures every drop leaves the brewery in top-class form.
Lewis - Packaging and Warehouse Assistant
Meet Lewis, the newest member of the Full Circle team! He works alongside Sean, our packaging manager, helping with all aspects of packaging and warehouse operations.
You might remember Lewis from last year when we teamed up with his band, Rituals, to create Death Wish, a bold IPA collaboration!
Aran - Packaging and Warehouse Assistant
Aran is one of our newer team members, working alongside Sean and Lewis in packaging and warehouse operations. From running the canning line to assisting with carbonation!
Jordan - Marketing Manager
Meet Jordan, our Marketing Manager and a familiar face across our socials and events. He joined Full Circle in 2021 and now leads all our marketing and design efforts, bringing creativity and strategy to everything we share with our community.
Hollie - Sales and Customer Service
Meet Hollie, our Sales and Customer Service Supervisor, who’s been with the team since 2021. She manages all B2B trade orders and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you visit our office, you’ll probably hear her laugh before you see her—and she’ll make sure you’re offered a cuppa, no matter how long you’re staying!
Kate - Wedding and Events Co-ordinator
Everyone knows her, everyone loves her! Meet Kate our wedding and events co-ordinator!
Kate originally joined us as our Taproom Supervisor, but she’s now leading the charge when it comes to organising events at Full Circle. From birthdays and weddings to showcases and corporate gatherings, Kate ensures every event in our taproom is seamless and memorable.

Anna - Marketing Assistant
Meet our marketing assistant Anna, she joined us in 2023 pouring pints in our taproom. Since graduating with a degree in communications, Anna stepped into a full time role as marketing assistant, working closely with Jordan specialising in social media, content creation, B2C marketing, campaigns etc.
Phil - General Manager
Meet Phil, our general manager. You’ll often see him in our taproom, where he manages the day-to-day and keeps everything running smoothly. He also takes care of the important side of brewery compliance, making sure we’re always up to standard!
