KO SHAMO - NZIPA - 6.0%
Ross would literally not stop writing this name on our 'beer names' whiteboard and eventually we had to succumb to peer pressure. For reference, we didn't know what Ko Shamo meant either, but basically it's a breed of Japanese chicken that can only be described as having a mega-neck.
Luckily, this beer sticks with the theme and has a mega-hop profile, rammed with
Nelson, Trident and Nectaron this NZ IPA tastes like its been brewed on your favourite tropical island. You can grab it now from Full Circle webshop and taproom!
TALLEST COW EVER - SESSION IPA - 4.0%
Once there lived a man who proclaimed he had a cow that towered over the forklifts, like giants over ants. In the light of this discovery a young brewer proclaimed he must have a tape measure at once to see if he had discovered a world record breaking cow. The debate over whether this proclamation was true will be argued til the cows come home (HA). Lovely lil session pale with bags o' NZ flavours, balanced with some earthiness and spice. Definitely worth a sip or two on the upcoming sunny days. You can grab it now from Full Circle webshop and taproom!
OUR FIRST HAZY CASK BEER!
Full Circle's first Hazy Cask beer. The latest in our single hop cask series is showcasing Nelson. We’re having a bit of a Nelson moment at the brewery atm, don’t worry about it, this too shall pass. We’re switching things up a little with this one, producing a super hop-heavy, hazy cask, more similar to our can and keg beers. Grape-y, passionfruit-y, citrus-y, gooseberry-y, very-y delicious-y.
