How much does Beer Club cost?

There are 3 tiers to choose from when joining our Beer Club and depending on which tier you join the price will vary, as will the amount of beers and perks you receive.

Bronze - 6 cans - £25
Silver - 8 cans - £32
Gold - 12 cans - £42

Delivery will be included in the price of your box.

How often am I sent beer?

Your order will be processed every month and shipped on the next available working day. Your subscription renews as standard one calendar month from the date of your last purchase.

How do I sign up?

Simply add the Beer Club product to your basket, ensuring you select the correct tier, then checkout as standard. Your purchase will then automatically renew every month.

When do I get billed?

You will be billed every month at 6am, on the same day of the month that you originally purchased your subscription. If you wish to move, skip or cancel your subscription ensure you do so before this time.

What's in the box?

The content of the box varies between tiers and changes every month. If you want to see what's in your box or learn more about each beer, check out the video at the top of this page.

How often does the box change?

The boxes run inside of each calendar month, meaning for example there will be a May box, June box, July box etc. If your subscription is running, you will receive every box regardless.

For new subscribers, please note that you will receive a different box depending on if your subscription starts on the last day of the month, or the 1st of the following month.

Can I change tiers once I'm already subscribed?

Yes. If you head to your account on our website, or from following the link sent to your email when you first subscribe, you will be able to manage your subscription.

You will be able to pause, change or cancel your subscription from this dashboard.

Can I skip a month without cancelling?

Yes. If you head to your account on our website you will be able to manage your subscription. You can choose to skip a month in here, should you need to.

I'm on silver/gold, how do I get my discount?

Every month that your subscription renews you will be emailed your unique discount code automatically, this code will be valid for one month from when your order is placed.

When you subscribe you consent to receive emails from us, should you unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point, you will automatically be re-added when your subscription renews in order to ensure you receive your discount code.

How do I redeem my taproom discount?

Simply show your Silver/Gold subscription email in the taproom when you are ordering and our staff will add the discount to your order.

When will you ship my beers?

Your beers will be shipped on the next working day to when your order is received. We only ship on weekdays and our courier only delivers on weekdays. Should your subscription renew on a weekend or bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

How do I view a previous months info video?

All of our Beer Club info videos are uploaded to our YouTube channel. If you click through the videos at the top of our page you will land there and find the previous months video, should you require it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

There is no minimum term to be a subscriber, so if you decide after 1 or 2 months that this box isn't for you, of course you're able to cancel.

Head to your account on our website and to the subscriptions tab, in there you will find the option to cancel your subscription.
