Job Title: Packaging and Warehouse Assistant

Salary: £24,000

Holidays: 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Full Circle Brewing, Hoults Yard, Walker Rd, Newcastle, NE6 2HL

We are looking for a Packaging and Warehouse assistant to join our team to help us meet the ever growing

demand for our product in 2024/25

Job Summary

The Packaging and Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting the packaging process in a brewery

environment. This includes assisting with canning, kegging, bottling, cask washing/filling and palletizing

operations, alongside warehouse duties which may include preparing and fulfilling orders, stock take, stock

movements from brewery to warehouse and assisting our warehouse manager with delivering beer locally. The

ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and a passion for the craft beer

industry and good customer service.


Main Responsibilities

 Assist in the packaging operations, including canning, bottling, casking, labelling, and kegging

processes.

 Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including but not limited to keg washer/filler, cask

washer, labelling machines, Casking and CIP kit.

 Monitor packaging materials inventory and communicate with the supervisor for timely reordering.

 Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the packaging area to ensure compliance with health

and safety regulations, audits and

 Assist in general brewery duties as needed, such as cleaning equipment, brewery CIP, organizing

inventory, loading and unloading deliveries and preparing pallets.

 Warehouse duties including stock take, pallet preparation, order fulfilling, assisting with local

deliveries and stock movements between brewery and storage warehouse

Additional Duties may include

 Assisting Dry Hopping

 Represent the Full Circle at festivals, events and tastings (sometimes during

evenings and weekends)

 Data entry to brewing software

 Stock take and movement

 Van Driving


Ideal Candidate

Relevant working experience. (Desirable but not essential)

A passion for beer quality.

Strong attention to detail to follow standard operating procedures

Adaptability and good organisational skills

Proven team working

Forklift training (desirable but can be trained once within the role)

Clean driving license
