Waiver
I, hereby acknowledge that I am participating in the Full Circle Run, organised by Full Circle Brew Co, which will take place at Full Circle Brew Co. I understand that participating in the Event involves physical activity and may carry with it certain risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, illness, or property damage.In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, damages, or causes of action that I may have against Full Circle Brew Co, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, for any injury, illness, or property damage that I may sustain as a result of my participation in the Event.I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the Event. I further acknowledge that I have not relied on any representations or warranties made by Full Circle Brewery regarding the safety or suitability of the Event.Full Circle Brew Co would like to be able to use the images of participants that are taken during the event for publicity purposes. I hereby grant full permission for Full Circle Brew Co to use my voice and/or my picture in any broadcast, advertising, promotion, or other account for this event for marketing purposes.I understand that this waiver and release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
