Tasting Notes
Back with another New Zealand brew, showcasing one of our favourite styles with plenty of our most loved hops. This one is packed with Superdelic, Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin, giving this beer abundances of tropical fruits, white grape and citrus.
Finished with the subtle bitterness of stone fruit to balance out this super hoppy and juicy brew.
Production
At Full Circle, when we brew a New Zealand IPA, we build a clean, light malt base that lets the hops shine.
We showcase New Zealand varieties like Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Riwaka, adding them late and in dry hop for layers of tropical fruit, lime, and character. Fermented clean, the result is a crisp, vibrant IPA that’s all about freshness and hop expression.

Tasting Notes
After the success of our first ever XPA released earlier this year, we decided to run it back and brew another one and this time collaborated with our friends at Bears House in Toulouse.
This beer is subtle and fruity with hints of florality, followed up with tangerine, mango and marmalade. Concluded with a slight bitterness, perfectly balancing this delicious brew.
Production
At Full Circle, when we craft an Extra Pale Ale, we keep the malt bill lean and light to create a crisp, refreshing base. This lets the hops bring a lively mix of citrus and subtle tropical notes without overpowering the beer.
With a clean fermentation and a balanced bitterness, the result is a bright, easy-drinking pale that’s full of flavour yet incredibly sessionable.
