What Happened In June At Full Circle? Highlights, Releases and Events

The month of June has been very busy here at Full Circle Brewery! Today we’re diving into all of this month's highlights from collabs, new beers, travels down south and upcoming happenings.

'Angel Of The North' Cervesa Espiga x Full Circle

If you follow us on social media, you'd of seen that last month, Jordan and Ross took a trip to Barcelona for a beer collab. This new Hazy Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with our lovely friends over at Cervesa Espiga and was inspired by the Angel Of The North.

Made with Krush, Mosaic and Citra hops, this aromatic bomb uses mandarin, mango, albercoc and a touch of resin. It's super soft, bitter, incredibly creamy and cloudy.

The Longest Run - Deep North x Wild Wellness x Full Circle

Last Saturday, we teamed up with Deep North and Wild Wellness for an event called 'The Longest Run 2025'- two guided 5k runs in 1 day!

We kicked things off with a morning run from Deep North on Dean Street at 9am with Wild Wellness leading the way and also enjoying a doughnut! Later, we gathered outside our taproom for an evening 5k, followed by plenty pizza and pints in the beer garden.

It was an absolutely gorgeous day with it reaching 29 degrees!

We want to thank everyone who came along, we absolutely love bringing all of you guys together.

Take A Peak....

A Visit From Hackney Church!

A huge shoutout to the legends at Hackney Bridge who joined us for a fantastic brew day. We had a blast crafting a super crisp and punchy cold IPA, packed with Krush and Cashmere hops- bursting with bright citrus, tropical vibes, and a hint of melon.

Keep your eyes peeled- this one's landing in a few weeks.

24 Hours In The Big Smoke

This month, we headed down London for a double header of events ( and overly hot and uncomfortable tube trips).

Jordan and Kate headed went to visit the guys at Gravity Well to brew a collab. They brewed a NZIPA with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin, some of our absolute favourite hops so we have no doubt this beer will be a banger. We'll be grabbing some to go on the bar in taproom and some cans for our beer club subscribers, so keep an eye out for that!

After this was done they headed over to Borough market for a tap takeover at Rake Bar. It was great to spend the night with a bunch of new faces!

Thanks so much to Mona, Gabby and the whole team at Rake bar for inviting us down and for a great night. It's not very often we get to go down to London, but hopefully you'll see us there a little more often going forward.

Two Brand New Seasonal Beers!

Glamorous Old Carpet Factory - DIPA - 8.2%

Named after how ur packaging manager described his visit trip to a certain brewery in Scotland, this 8.2% DIPA was brewed with a combo of Talus and Simcoe hops. They give this beer abundances of florality on the nose, followed by bags of passion fruit and peach on the pallet. Thick bodied from the addition of jumbo rolled oats, this beer is finished off by a massive hit of grapefruit.

It's pouring for limited time in our taproom and is available to purchase on our web shop!

Trumpet, The Trumpet - Steam Lager - 4.6%

Not your typical lager, the unique fermentation process for this beer uses lager yeast at ale fermentation temperatures. The contributes directly to its very distinictive flabour profile, notes of caramel and toasted malt is complemented by dried fruit and grassy hops from northern brewer and Mittelfruh and finished off with the classic lager crispness you know and love.
